WWE Superstar Logan Paul is parting ways with his 78-acre California ranch and is hoping to walk away with almost $3 million after a sale goes through.

Fobes Ranch, a remote property in California’s San Jacinto Mountains, has been listed for just under $3 million, according to a listing found by Realtor.

Paul bought the ranch in 2019 for $1,000,001, later revealing that the extra dollar he paid for the property was done so as a joke.

The ranch was associated with ex-Harvard professor and psychedelics advocate Timothy Leary, who was associated with the property during the 1960s and early 1970s.

Members of the Brotherhood at Eternal Love lived on the ranch and were key parts in the production and distribution of the LSD tablet ‘Orange Sunshine.’

Leary was known as the ‘High Priest of LSD’ and was infamously branded “the most dangerous man in America” by President Richard Nixon.

After his first weekend at the ranch, Paul shared that he believed the Fobes Ranch was haunted, after hearing strange noises in the night.

Paul has been based in Puerto Rico since leaving California in 2021 and last year revealed that he had bought a home in Puerto Rico worth $32.5 million.
