Kaun On Winning ROH Six-Man Tag Titles, Working With Prince Nana

Kaun and The Embassy captured the Ring of Honor Six-Man Tag Team titles at last month’s ROH Final Battle. This is the second time that Kaun has held the six-man championship: he first won the titles in February 2021, teaming with Shane Taylor and Malcolm Moses to defeat the MexiSquad.

Recently, Kaun sat down to speak with the AEW Unrestricted podcast about his journey to AEW. Kaun touched on a wide range of topics: his incredible matches with Andrade and Adam Cole, his family’s royal Cameroonian heritage, and why FTR is high on his list of dream opponents. You can read highlights of his appearance below:

Winning the six-man titles at Final Battle: “The first time I won the Six-Man title with ROH was during the pandemic, so there was no crowd, so we won it in an empty building – and it’s like you really couldn’t soak in that feeling. So winning it this time around in front of a full house and just hearing the crowd being electric, I kind of just lost part of myself.”

Working with Prince Nana: “I kind of look at him like my dad a little bit. He just has this fatherly feel, and it’s cool to see him. I immediately just light up.”
