Jeff Hardy has been charged with Driving While License Canceled/Suspended/Revoked, Violation of Restrictions Placed on Drivers License, and DUI Alcohol/Drugs Third Offense Within 10 Years.

AEW President Tony Khan has stated that Hardy was in rehab shortly after the arrest and has been suspended indefinitely.

On Thursday, Hardy was supposed to have a pre-trial hearing for charges linked to his DUI arrest in Florida, but that didn’t happen.

His defense team requested a continuance, according to court records obtained by Pwinsider.com, and the pre-trial hearing was rescheduled for December 21. The documents state that Hardy must show up in court for the hearing.
