Jeff Hardy is set to appear in court next week over the several charges stemming from his arrest in June of this year.
Hardy was arrested after being pulled over for erratic driving and has been charged with his third DUI in a decade.
According to PW Insider, Hardy is scheduled for a pre-trial hearing in Florida on Wednesday, December 21st, at 8:30 a.m., and must attend the hearing in person.
A three-time former WWE World Champion, Hardy has pleaded not guilty to the various charges against him.
Jeff’s legal team has waived his right to a speedy trial.
If convicted, the suspended AEW star faces a possible five years in prison.
