Internal Reaction To The Usos’ Jab At Andrade

Andrade’s recent comments about opportunities in WWE led to an online argument after The Usos posted a message that many fans believed was aimed at him.

The exchange became a major talking point on social media, especially since Andrade had raised concerns about certain Samoan wrestlers receiving more chances than Mexican talent in WWE.

Andrade clarified that he was not speaking about Roman Reigns, instead questioning why some other Samoan wrestlers remain in strong positions despite getting repeated opportunities without the same level of success. He argued that WWE can keep backing a performer until that person becomes a star if the company decides to invest in them.

Soon after, The Usos posted a tweet saying that they “draw” and asking critics to stop complaining and do something. The Usos did not name Andrade, but the timing led many fans to connect the post to his remarks. Some fans also questioned whether the phrase “us and them” was meant as a reference to Samoan and Hispanic wrestlers.

However, Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful is reporting that the tweet did not create any backstage heat in WWE. Nobody raised the issue with him, and the people he spoke to reportedly did not believe that the Usos were talking about Hispanic wrestlers. Instead, they saw the post as the brothers praising their own family and challenging the rest of the roster.

The situation still drew reactions from others. Andrade later responded to a fan who accused him of complaining, while D-Von Dudley questioned why he specifically mentioned Samoan wrestlers.
