AEW is expected to welcome back a prominent star absent from in-ring action for more than a year.
That star is Adam Cole, and AEW has been eager to have him return.
As we previously reported here on eWn, preparations are underway for Cole’s return to AEW programming.
A few months ago, Cole began training for in-ring action and has been present at recent AEW events.
The former ROH World Champion has been sidelined since suffering a broken ankle at AEW Dynamite: Grand Slam 2023.
The Wrestling Observer Newsletter is reporting that Cole’s return is “Cole’s return is believed to be not that far in the future.” However, no further details were provided.
