WWE Commentator Corey Graves has said that the United Kingdom could host WrestleMania following WWE Clash at the Castle 2022.
WWE Clash at the Castle took place last weekend in Cardiff, Wales, and marked the promotion’s most significant UK event since Summerslam 1992.
Graves, who provided commentary for the show, spoke about the event on his After the Bell podcast.
“Here’s your headline for the week. In the opinion of Corey Graves and many other people who were backstage who were around the stadium in Cardiff.
“You guys have been clamoring for Wrestlemania. I’d say you made a pretty strong case for yourselves to get one in the near future.”
WWE has only hosted two WrestleManias outside the U.S., WrestleManias 6 and 18, which both happened in Canada.
WrestleMania 39 will take place at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, California in 2023, while WrestleMania 40 will be at Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 2024.
