Sam Adonis was backstage at WWE RAW in Mexico City on September 14.
Adonis was spotted backstage at the show earlier in the day. The former AAA star has spent years working in Mexico and is also the brother of WWE announcer Corey Graves.
Adonis has regularly competed for AAA, including winning the AAA World Trios Championship during his time with the promotion. WWE acquired AAA in 2025.
While Adonis being backstage does not necessarily indicate that he has signed with WWE or is preparing to make an appearance, his presence in Mexico City naturally stands out given his history with AAA and his family connection to Graves.
