Matt Riddle and CM Punk’s animosity shows no signs of easing, and Riddle’s latest Twitter outburst underscored this fact. However, the MLW World Champion quickly deleted the tweet.

Shortly after CM Punk was booed off the stage during the WWE Night of Champions Kickoff event in Saudi Arabia, Riddle took to Twitter and unleashed a scathing message aimed at Punk, his fans, and his reputation.

Riddle’s post directly targeted fans who continue to back Punk, referencing the viral incident where Punk was seen shoving away a young fan in Saudi Arabia who merely wanted a photo.

“To the real ones that pay everyone else’s bills and out work most people in their professions much respect 👍🏼 but to all of the C**’s that literally can’t even pay rent let alone support themselves have a voice/opinion. You can all suck my big 🐓 and keep supporting a dude that literally pushes random kids, can’t win a fight and botches every other second in the ring 😂 also a lot of people are making accusations and I’d say I have no criminal record and any claim I made was 100% true hence I don’t have one you p******! Ask the FBI and Internal Affairs!”*

The tweet was quickly deleted, but not before screenshots went viral on social media.

Riddle’s remarks followed previous criticisms of Punk, where he held the Second City Saint responsible for hurting AEW’s momentum, losing fans, and being difficult to work with behind the scenes.

“That’s why they’re focusing on more homegrown talent. They had problems with CM Punk, and that ended badly for them—costing fans, money, and a lot more. They’re still in the recovery phase.”

Riddle continued by questioning Punk’s fighting abilities and reputation in the locker room.

“You know, I’m not a big fan of that guy either. That guy sucks at fighting and he’s a b*** to work with in the back.”
