Chris Jericho has outright rejected the idea of a potential match with Sting in AEW.
Over the years, Jericho has been extremely vocal about how he is not interested in making his current AEW run a nostalgia tour, and the former AEW World Champion reiterated the same thing in a Q&A on Twitter.
When he was asked about a potential match with Sting, Jericho stated,
“It’ll never happen. Not interested.”
Jericho also mentioned that Randy Savage would have been a dream opponent for him, noting that he wished he could have wrestled the late WWE Hall of Famer who was “One of my heroes for sure.”
