‘Certain People’ Could Keep Gene Snitsky Out Of The WWE Hall Of Fame

Could Gene Snitsky one day end up as part of the WWE Hall of Fame? Some people could stop this from happening, according to the WWE alum.

On a recent edition of the “It’s Not Our Fault” podcast, Snitsky was asked by a fan about a possible induction into the WWE Hall of Fame. He said,

“I’m flattered because, as a performer, that’s ultimately what you want to be remembered for — your stuff. And like I’ve said in the past on numerous podcasts and on our show, I’m so flattered and humbled by people still wanting to talk about punting babies and the clothesline of Paul London.”

While Snitsky is touched that fans remember him and his efforts in WWE, certain people in WWE could prevent an induction from happening. He said,

“Yeah. Just very, very flattered to be thought of on that level. But I doubt I’ll ever get to the Hall of Fame just because certain people that are there.”

Snitsky debuted on WWE’s main roster in 2004 and began a feud with Kane which saw Lita lose his (kayfabe) foetus in a miscarriage.

Snitsky later claimed that the miscarriage wasn’t his fault. He held no titles in WWE before he was released from the promotion in December 2008.
