Brian Gewirtz clearly heard Cody Rhodes’ reference to him on Monday’s episode of WWE RAW, and he’s since taken to Twitter to react.

In his tweet, the former WWE creative team writer and “promo writer” for The Rock revealed that he didn’t come up with the “Final Boss” line for the Great One. Additionally, Gewirtz took a shot at Cody’s dog Pharaoh. He wrote,

“‘Final Boss’ isn’t anything I came up with. @TheRock calls himself that because he is that. If it makes you feel better @CodyRhodes, I was the first to tell him about your spectacularly stupid goofy ass dog.”
