New Ring of Honor World TV Champion Brian Cage has bestowed a new moniker upon himself following his victory at AEW WrestleDream 2024.

During the “Zero Hour” pre-show show, Cage defeated Atlantis Jr. to win the gold, ending the latter’s reign at 106 days.

Speaking after his win, Cage celebrated ‘correcting’ Atlantis, a non-ROH talent, holding the gold, and gave himself a new nickname. He said,

“Take a look at that! I told you, I told you Atlantis Jr., you had something that didn’t belong to you. Because you don’t even go here! And I was going to correct that and that’s exactly what I did. I came and I claimed my prize. The new ROH TV Champion! The new king of TV!”

Cage is a former ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Champion, as well as a former Impact World and X-Division Champion.

Cage’s most recent win on ROH TV was filmed on September 21st and saw him beat Alec Price. His most recent AEW match saw him on the losing end of a trios match in August.
