Roxanne Perez is your new WWE NXT Women’s Champion.
In the main event of this week’s episode of WWE NXT, Perez defeated Mandy Rose in a match the former earned by winning the Iron Survivor Challenge at NXT Deadline.
The original plan was for Perez to face off against Mandy Rose at New Year’s Evil, but those plans were bumped up to this week after Rose attacked Perez to open the show.
The win marks Perez’s first singles title in WWE. Mandy Rose’s title reign ends at 413 days.
