Brawl Between Two AEW Stars Breaks Out At San Diego Comic-Con

A heated confrontation erupted during AEW’s panel at San Diego Comic-Con on Friday when Kyle Fletcher and Bandido came to blows, forcing security to intervene.

The altercation began after Fletcher confronted Brody King during the panel. Tensions quickly escalated when Bandido stepped in, leading to an exchange of punches between Fletcher and the masked star before security separated the two.

The incident comes just days before Fletcher is scheduled to defend the AEW International Championship against Bandido at AEW Redemption 2026 this Sunday in Montreal.

Their rivalry intensified on this week’s edition of AEW Dynamite, where Bandido and Brody King defeated Fletcher and Kazuchika Okada in tag team action. Bandido scored the decisive pinfall over the champion, giving him momentum heading into their title clash.

AEW has maintained a strong presence at this year’s San Diego Comic-Con, unveiling new action figures and hosting a panel featuring AEW President Tony Khan and several members of the roster. The Fletcher-Bandido brawl added another memorable moment to the convention as anticipation continues to build for their championship showdown.
