We have some new details on TNA’s current management team and how the company’s day-to-day operations are working these days.
As we previously reported here on eWn, TNA Wrestling executive producer Ariel Shnerer is the head man in charge of the day-to-day operations.
According to a report from Pwinsider, Shnerer has received a ton of praise from the talent for being “honest and open” about everything. He’s also been in regular contact with them. Many of those working Friday night’s Against All Odds 2024 pay-per-view event and the TV tapings on Saturday night have already heard from management and creative about their direction and plans. This is a big change from what had been happening during the previous regime.
As far as TNA President Anthony Cicione is concerned, he has been more involved in overseeing the business side of the company as opposed to creative. It is also said that Cicione has been one of the main people continuing to build TNA’s ongoing relationship with WWE.
Gail Kim is the head of talent relations, which has gone over very well. She is among the most respected people in the TNA locker room.
All of the creative for TNA Wrestling is overseen by Ariel Shnerer. Tommy Dreamer, Jorge Barbosa and Delirious are all working on the creative team. Gail Kim also gives input from time to time. Since RD Evans’ exit from the company earlier this month, the creative process has remained the same.
Finally, it was added that there is no official “head of creative.” It’s simply a team that works together to come up with what they believe are the best ideas.
