* Over 10,000 spectators attended AEW Full Gear 2024 last night at the Prudential Center in Newark, NJ.
* There were no major injuries during the event.
* Ricky Starks was present backstage after making a surprise appearance at the GCW Dream On event on Saturday afternoon, where he received a warm welcome. No information yet regarding his potential return to AEW, but his participation in GCW would have required AEW’s approval.
* The TBS Title match between Mercedes Mone and Kris Statlander received high praise from those backstage.
* Daniel Garcia vs. Jack Perry was initially set to occur earlier in the event, but the sequence of matches was altered.
* The chaotic conclusion of the show following the Jon Moxley vs. Orange Cassidy match aimed to highlight the number of wrestlers pursuing the AEW Title (Hangman Page, Christian Cage, Jay White, Darby Allin).
* Big Boom AJ, Big Justice, and The Rizzler were enthusiastically welcomed backstage, with many taking photos. AJ’s about against QT Marshall was his first match since 2022.
