WWE will hold one event in Saudi Arabia this year, deviating from their usual pattern of two events per year. This change was revealed during TKO’s 2024 earnings call by CFO Andrew Schleimer. He stated,
“Our guidance for 2025 includes one PLE in Saudi Arabia, compared to two PLEs in 2024. This results in an unfavorable impact to our 2025 plan of approximately $55 million of total company revenue. We expect to host three PLEs in Saudi Arabia in 2026, including Royal Rumble.”
As noted by Schleimer – in 2025 – WWE plans to hold one event in Saudi Arabia, which will negatively impact their revenue.
However, in 2026, WWE is set to host three events in Saudi Arabia, including the Royal Rumble.
The specific event for this year in Saudi Arabia has not yet been announced.
