As we previously here on eWn, the women’s match booked for AEW Dynamite was changed at the last minute due to Britt Baker coming down with strep throat.
Fightful Select is reporting that AEW has been very strict about not allowing talent to wrestle if they have fevers or illness that appear to be serious.
It was added that the original plan was for Willow Nightingale to defeat Baker in their singles match. Nightingale won the Fatal Four-Way match against Saraya, Jamie Hayter and Nyla Rose. Madison Rayne was the producer for the match.
