Backstage News On Producers For Last Week’s SmackDown

Fightful Select have come through with a new report with details about producer assignments for last week’s episode of SmackDown. Below is a list of who produced which segments and matches for the Friday night show:

Kofi Kingston vs. Sami Zayn was produced by Joseph Park (Abyss).
Braun Strowman’s squash match segment was produced by Jason Jordan.
LA Knight vs. Mansoor was produced by Adam Pearce.
TJ Wilson (Tyson Kidd) produced the six-woman tag team match between Damage CTRL and Raquel Rodriguez, Shotzi, and Roxanne Perez.
Ken Doane (aka Kenny Dykstra) produced Legado del Fantasma vs. Hit Row.
The four-way contender’s match for the IC title was produced by Michael Hayes. This match featured Rey Mysterio, Solo Sikoa, Ricochet, and Sheamus.
Jason Jordan also produced Bray Wyatt’s in-ring promo segment.
Dark matches that took place at the event were Drew Gulak vs. Giovanni Vinci (produced by Jason Jordan) and Matt Riddle vs. Austin Theory (produced by Adam Pearce).

Fightful included additional notes that Ludwig Kaiser’s name had been misspelled on internal documents. WWE was also not trying to hide the fact that Omos & MVP, Roxanne Perez, and Rey Mysterio were all appearing on SmackDown, despite being regular performers on other brands.
