Asuka and Xavier Woods are out of the 2024 King of the Ring tournament due to reported injuries.
On this week’s episode of WWE RAW, it was announced that Dakota Kai would be stepping in for the injured Asuka. Kai would later go on to lose against Lyra Valkyria in the first round.
IYO SKY is part of the tournament and defeated Natalya in a first round match on RAW.
Also on RAW, Kofi Kingston announced that Xavier Woods was injured and he wasn’t sure when he’d be able to return. Due to this, he’ll be facing off against Rey Mysterio in a first round match.
Dakota Kai in the Queen of the Ring tournament is quite fitting. She is already a KING after all.
