AEW tag team The Young Bucks have said that they “invented and popularized” the modern style of tag-team wrestling.
The Bucks, who are former AEW World Tag Team Champions have often used their Twitter bio to boast or reflect on current wrestling events.
Their new bio reads:
“Love it or hate it, we invented & popularized the new modern style of tag team wrestling.”
The Bucks’ most recent match in AEW was on the April 27, 2022 Dynamite, where they teamed with Adam Cole, Bobby Fish and Kyle O’Reilly to defeat Brian Pillman Jr., Brock Anderson, Dante Martin, Griff Garrison, and Lee Johnson.
