All Elite Wrestling is pulling in around 3.5 million viewers each week, at least according to the company itself.
During commercial breaks for the MLB playoffs on TBS, AEW is promoting a huge number, which is far more than RAW or SmackDown get each week.
The number is also far more than what AEW receives for Dynamite, with last week’s episode reaching 725,000 viewers head-head against WWE NXT.
On Twitter, Dave Meltzer explained that for the 3.5 million number, AEW is counting anyone switching threw channels who stop on TBS when Dynamite is airing.
Meltzer added that RAW and SmackDown would far exceed their standard 1.5 to 2 million viewers if they counted using this method.
Yes, that includes people switching through. All shows are like that, Raw & SD would actually be tons more than that based on similar counting. https://t.co/ZDluzyo2D0

This week’s AEW Dynamite will see AEW World Champion Jon Moxley defend against Penta, while Bryan Danielson will take on Sammy Guevara.
