Jeff Hardy’s recent arrest and three felony charges have not only affected AEW, but has left AAA with a serious problem.

Hardy was arrested yesterday in Volusia County, Florida and faces charges of driving under the influence of alcohol.

On today’s Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer said that AAA is looking for a replacement for Jeff at the upcoming TripleMania event on June 18.

Matt and Jeff Hardy were originally scheduled to face Dragon Lee and Dralistico this Saturday and Meltzer reports that AAA still want Matt in the match.

Meltzer added that AAA is facing problems finding a suitable replacement:

“I know there’s a bunch of guys they’ve asked for. Things haven’t happened yet. It’s hard on late notice to get guys to go to Tijuana, but that’s another situation.”

In addition to the issues with AAA, Jeff Hardy has been suspended without pay from AEW and will not be allowed to return until he completes certain training.
