First reported by @WrestleVotes, it seems Ludwig Kaiser has suffered some sort of injury in his match against Bron Breakker that went down on the June 24, 2024 edition of WWE Monday Night RAW.
As it stands, no information has been posted to clarify exactly what type of injury this is, how it went down, or what it means for his future:

This match saw Sheamus interfere and nail Kaiser with a knee to the head. Soon after that, The Celtic Warrior had Kaiser up, ready to powerbomb him through the commentary table, only for Bron Breakker to spear Sheamus, resulting in Kaiser crashing down as well.
It can be assumed one of those two spots is where the injury took place, but we simply don’t have more information yet. Here’s hoping it is either a false alarm in general, or at least something that won’t require surgery or significant time off.
