Former WWE Superstar Paul Burchill will be coming out of retirement later this year.
Burchill is best known for WWE tenure from 2005 – 2010 and is a four-time OVW Heavyweight Champion and one-time OVW Tag Champion with Stu Sanders (Wade Barrett.)
Brian Asbury of the “Developmentally Speaking” podcast announced this week that Burchill will be making his in-ring return on September 30, in Chillicothe, Ohio.
While it was confirmed that Burchill will be wrestling, Asbury did not name who ‘The Ripper’ will be facing on the show.
Following his release from WWE, Burchill wrestled in a handful of promotions but has not competed professionally since 2018.
