On Sunday night, WWE held a Supershow live event in Pensacola, Florida.

During the show, Sonya Deville appeared to suffer an injury during the SmackDown Women’s Championship match featuring herself, Charlotte Flair, and Liv Morgan. The match came to an abrupt end when Charlotte Flair quickly pinned Liv Morgan (both babyfaces) while Deville was on the outside being tended to by WWE’s medical staff. I (Ryan Clark) was in attendance at this live event and the finish was clearly improvised, with Morgan and Flair hugging and posing with each other after the pinfall.

It should be noted that Deville was quickly able to walk to the back with the assistance of WWE’s medical staff after the finish of the match so it doesn’t appear the injury is all that serious.
