The Rock has touted his new movie ‘Black Adam’ as the biggest project in his lengthy career on the silver screen.

Black Adam is the story of the DC Comics character of the same name, the magical ruler of the ancient city of Khandaq, who is freed after nearly 5,000 years of imprisonment.

Appearing on ‘Good Morning America,’ The Rock addressed the project that he has been working on for years.

“For me, ‘Black Adam’ is the one. It’s the movie of my career – the most important movie I’ve ever done, arguably will ever do. And so I really wanted to challenge myself and really put in the time.”

The movie was first announced in 2007, but a series of delays and the COVID-19 pandemic caused fans to wait.

Black Adam will land in cinemas next Friday, October 21.
