Former WWE star Kaitlyn is celebrating a major milestone in her life. The former Divas Champion recently turned 40. She marked the occasion with a candid message about confidence, self-worth, and personal growth.
In a video posted on Instagram, Kaitlyn revealed what she planned to wear for her birthday gym session. Her outfit was a departure from what she usually wears to work out. She explained that she normally avoids revealing clothes at the gym. The former WWE star does not want to distract others or feel self-conscious during her workout.
However, this birthday felt different. Kaitlyn expressed pride in her appearance and how far she has come. She also reflected on her growing confidence and commitment to herself. The former Divas Champion star looked back at how her younger self might have judged her current lifestyle. Kaitlyn said,
“I’m on my way to the gym and this is my outfit and today is my 40th birthday. I’m wearing a sl*tty little outfit to the gym. Normally I don’t dress like this because I don’t want to create a distraction and I don’t want to feel self-conscious during my workout, but today is my 40th birthday and I’m so proud of not only how I look, but how I feel, my level of confidence, my commitment and devotion to myself, my understanding of my own self-worth, the audacity that I have. Me 10 years ago would be like, ‘who does that b*tch think she is with the pink hair and dressing like that and living life the way that she does?’ That’s pretty f**king cool.”

Kaitlyn Confirms She Will Never Wrestle Again
During a recent appearance on the “Insight” podcast, the former WWE Divas Champion confirmed she’s not returning to the ring. Kaitlyn said,
“I hope no one hates me for this. But I don’t really want to get back in the ring. I respect wrestling a lot, and I find it very entertaining. I love the artistry of it. But I don’t think I could ever have the appreciation that I have now if I had never been a professional wrestler.”
“Because there are so many aspects to the performance. There’s so many things to think about. The psychology of the match, connecting with people, telling a story with your face and your body, protecting your face and your body, protecting the person that you’re in the ring with, helping them perform to their best.”
“Knowing where the cameras are, knowing how much time you have, being able to change it up if the people in the audience aren’t buying it, if they don’t care about it. So there’s so much to it. It’s such a beautiful art form, so I will always love it and deeply respect it. I don’t really watch it. But occasionally I will if there’s someone that I’m still friends with or that I love. Occasionally I’ll watch a match, but I don’t know. I don’t think I am gonna get back in the ring because I don’t have this burning desire to do that.”
