A familiar face may be making a more permanent return to WWE.

Chavo Guerrero recently appeared at the WWE x AAA: World Collide event, but his involvement might extend beyond a one-off appearance.

Fightful Select is reporting that according to multiple sources who spoke with Chavo during the crossover event, the former WWE Superstar suggested that he is officially back with the company in some capacity. As of now, WWE has not made any official announcement.

Guerrero has stayed active in the wrestling world over the past year, making appearances for AAA, TNA, GCW, and several independent promotions. Outside the ring, he’s also remained busy with various television projects.

In addition to his appearance at Worlds Collide, Chavo made headlines earlier in 2025 with a guest spot on a rare live episode of TNA iMPACT!, joining the “First Class Penthouse” segment hosted by AJ Francis and KC Navarro.
