Cedric Alexander is quickly becoming a name to watch on the free agent market, with multiple sources reporting that TNA Wrestling has shown strong interest in bringing in the former WWE star.

Pwinsider is reporting that negotiations between Alexander and TNA are said to have picked up steam in recent weeks. While no official deal has been confirmed, one insider commented, “There’s been a lot of chatter surrounding TNA and Cedric Alexander. When there’s this much buzz, it usually means something’s happening.”

Alexander became a free agent following his WWE release in February 2025 and the expiration of his 90-day non-compete clause.

Early speculation suggested that Alexander might land in AEW, especially with his former Hurt Business allies reuniting there under the new banner of The Hurt Syndicate. However, the growing momentum behind TNA’s pursuit could signal a different direction for his next chapter.
